疫情下採取創新求變的策略
//本港新冠肺炎疫情持續,政府曾推出禁堂食令,亦為食肆設立每枱人數上限、桌子間須維持1.5米距離等,為飲食業帶來嚴重的衝擊。香港麥當勞行政總裁黎韋詩坦言,疫情對尖沙嘴、銅鑼灣、旺角分店的營業額有不少影響,但認為有危便有機 ,採取「創新求變」的策略。例如營運模式轉為電子化,推出電子優惠券,員工亦可使用內部App「McPlace」獲得公司最新資訊及培訓資料,甚至學習如何炸薯條。此外,麥當勞亦與一些關注麥難民的NGO緊密合作,為他們尋找其他地方休息,她 更指「顧客無論係咩人,我哋都歡迎你嚟。」
/員工亦可使用內部手機應用程式(App)「McPlace」,不論任何時間和地點,只要拿起手機,則可獲得公司最新資訊及培訓資料。「以前我哋要教同事炸薯條,佢一定要喺餐廳入面,由同事教導另一個同事點做,而家唔係喇!已經拍成短片擺落去McPlace。」她透露,麥麥送及外賣在疫情下有雙位數字的增長,並觀察到現金找續正被電子支付取代。她亦興幸數年前已建立兩個App,雖然當時的社會環境不需更多的功能,但正因奠定基礎,今日可立即運用平台拉近顧客及員工的關係。「如果我哋幾年前冇呢兩個平台,今日就算要做都做唔切。」//
